Learning & Development Manager
Watford / Hybrid
£45-55k plus car allowance
This successful construction organisation is looking for a Learning & Development Manager to lead capability development for c2000 FTE. This is a hands-on role with real impact-designing and implementing training solutions that keep the workforce compliant, skilled, and ready for the future.
You’ll partner with senior leaders to diagnose capability gaps, create practical learning interventions, and manage an administrator to ensure smooth operational delivery. This is not a strategic leadership role, but your insights will help shape workforce planning and influence business priorities.
Successful candidates will have proven experience in Learning & Development-ideally in construction, engineering or operational environments. You will also have experience designing and implementing training programmes end-to-end, and line management experience.
