We’re working with a fast-paced, growing organisation near Brighton looking to add an Accounts Payable Assistant to their finance team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and wants to develop their experience within a supportive team.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing high volumes of invoices
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Handling supplier queries
• Assisting with payment runs
• Supporting the wider finance team as needed

What they’re looking for:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
