Principal Employee Benefits Consultant

This is a senior, client-facing role offering the opportunity to work with a portfolio of large and complex organisations, advising on Health, Group Risk and Wellbeing strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients shape and evolve their benefits offering while driving long-term value.

The Role

• Lead and manage relationships with key corporate clients, acting as a strategic advisor
• Provide expert consulting across Healthcare and Group Risk benefits, aligning solutions to client needs
• Retain and grow an existing client portfolio, while identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Collaborate across internal teams to deliver integrated, market-leading solutions
• Contribute to regional and wider business strategy
• Support thought leadership, market engagement, and client events
• Analyse client benefit programmes and recommend enhancements aligned to market trends

About You

• Proven experience within Health & Benefits/Employee Benefits consulting
• Strong technical expertise in either Healthcare or Group Risk, with a solid understanding of both areas
• Demonstrated success in managing senior client relationships and delivering commercial growth
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence and advise at a strategic level
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially aware, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
