DB Product Owner

We are currently working with a leading organisation within the pensions sector that is continuing to expand its administration function. As part of this growth, they are looking to recruit a DB Product Owner to support the wider team and work closely with the Product Manager.

This is a highly collaborative position, offering the opportunity to play a key role in shaping product delivery. You will work closely with development teams on a daily basis monitoring progress, facilitating prioritisation sessions, and ensuring work streams are aligned and delivered efficiently.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams to track delivery and progress
• Support with system updates
• Ensure all issues identified during UAT are accurately documented, then appropriately resolved or prioritised and added to the backlog
• Work closely with the DB Product Manager to shape and maintain the release schedule, proactively planning release content to ensure high-impact, business-critical priorities are delivered at pace

Criteria:

• Strong background within pensions (DB experience preferred)
• Experience in system implementations, application support, or project-based roles
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to product-led environments is advantageous
• Understanding of scheme implementations, software lifecycles, and system upgrades
