Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently working with a well-known employee benefits consultancy to support their search for a Senior Consultant Team Leader to join their corporate employee benefits division.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Consultants and Associates, driving high performance and professional growth
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service through effective resource planning and team leadership
• Manage a portfolio of strategic Group Risk and Healthcare clients, building strong relationships and delivering innovative solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting clients in achieving their business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement, collaboration and business growth across the team and client portfolio

Essential Criteria:

• Must have proven experience in managing and leading consulting teams
• Strong experience in both healthcare & group risk, within corporate consulting
• Ability to manage key client relationships
