A specialist Employee Benefits team is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to advise SME clients across Group Risk, Healthcare and wider benefits. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, act as a trusted adviser, and support both retention and new business growth within a dynamic, client‑focused environment.

This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering high‑quality consultancy, and staying ahead of market trends.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Be the lead client contact and the first point of support for SME queries and benefits advice.

• Manage Group Risk/Healthcare policies, renewals, reviews, claims and underwriting.

• Build strong relationships with clients, prospects and insurers.

• Partner with operations to deliver smooth consultancy and administration.

• Provide technical guidance across your portfolio and wider benefits.

• Spot growth opportunities for cross‑sell and upsell.

• Support new business and contribute to development targets.

Essential Criteria:

• Strong knowledge of healthcare or both group risk and healthcare policies.
• Ideally 3+ years experience in advising clients on group risk/healthcare schemes.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy portfolio.
