Employee Benefits Consultant
A specialist Employee Benefits team is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to advise SME clients across Group Risk, Healthcare and wider benefits. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, act as a trusted adviser, and support both retention and new business growth within a dynamic, client‑focused environment.
This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering high‑quality consultancy, and staying ahead of market trends.
Role & Responsibilities:
Be the lead client contact and the first point of support for SME queries and benefits advice.
Manage Group Risk/Healthcare policies, renewals, reviews, claims and underwriting.
Build strong relationships with clients, prospects and insurers.
Partner with operations to deliver smooth consultancy and administration.
Provide technical guidance across your portfolio and wider benefits.
Spot growth opportunities for cross‑sell and upsell.
Support new business and contribute to development targets.
Essential Criteria:
