Senior Pension Administrator

We have an eciting new role for a Senior Pensions Administrator to join a growing organisation and join a friendly, supportive environment where the quality of work delivered to clients is genuinely valued.

As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will:

• Complete calculations relating to member benefit entitlements accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to member, client and stakeholder enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare, analyse and collate pension scheme information as required.
• Ensure work is completed in line with service standards, regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Support the delivery of a high-quality service to clients and pension scheme members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar pensions administration role, either within a third-party administrator or an in-house occupational pension scheme.
• Strong experience working with Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes.
• A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
