At Alexander Lloyd, we’re looking for an ambitious and commercially-minded recruiter to join our established HR recruitment team, specialising in permanent and interim HR appointments across the South East.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant within our HR team, you’ll:

• Build and develop relationships with HR professionals and hiring HR leaders across the South East.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to onboarding.
• Source, assess and engage high-quality HR talent across medium to senior levels.
• Generate and convert new business opportunities.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and market-focused activities.
• Become a trusted advisor within your specialist HR niche.

About You

We’re interested in speaking to recruiters who:

• Have a proven track record within agency recruitment.
• Are confident developing and managing client relationships, and thrive on face to face meetings.
• Enjoy working in a specialist, consultative environment, and are happy to work on a hybrid basis 50:50
• Have excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Are motivated by achieving results and building long-term success.
