Salary: Up to £120,000

We’re proud to be partnering with a high-growth, investor-backed aviation business that is expanding internationally and entering an exciting phase of commercial growth.

Operating across multiple markets, the organisation is looking to appoint a Head of Commercial Finance to work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team, providing financial insight, commercial challenge and strategic support across a diverse portfolio of projects and operations.

The Opportunity

This is a broad commercial finance leadership role, combining business partnering, financial planning & analysis, project accounting and strategic decision support.

You’ll work closely with operational stakeholders to drive performance, improve decision-making and provide robust financial oversight across a range of international projects and commercial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams to monitor project performance, profitability and commercial outcomes
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across multiple projects and business areas
• Build and maintain financial models to assess new opportunities, investments and project feasibility
• Deliver insightful management reporting and KPI analysis to senior stakeholders
• Monitor project cashflows and support liquidity planning
• Support relationships with investors, lenders and other key financial stakeholders
• Provide commercial input into pricing, contract negotiations and strategic decision-making
• Support international reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Contribute to monthly, annual and statutory reporting processes
• Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks across projects and operations

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 5+ years PQE
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering background
• Excellent CAPEX and financial modelling experience, including building robust financial models from scratch
• Experience supporting operational stakeholders within a project-based environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to partner senior stakeholders
