Transformation Officer

Working within a Transformation team, you will support a variety of projects and business improvement initiatives across the organisation. You will help coordinate project activities, monitor progress against plans and benefits, produce management information and dashboards, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of change.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of transformation and business improvement projects.
- Monitor project progress, risks, milestones and benefits.
- Prepare dashboards, reports and management information.
- Analyse processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support testing, implementation and change adoption activities.
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and governance records.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong experience in excel.
- At least 2 years experience supporting projects, change initiatives or business improvement activities.

Experience working in a regulated environment, ideally within financial services, pensions or a similar sector.
This role is hybrid to their London office.
