What will you do to help me?

Following a detailed interview, you can then select which of the suitable vacancies currently available that you would like to be submitted for. In addition to current vacancies, we have a strong relationship and an in-depth understanding of the long term requirements of the leading local SME’s and Blue chip employers (see client testimonials for a sample), meaning that we are able to work proactively on your behalf to create opportunities, rather than just waiting for a suitable job to be registered with us. You will also have the option to select a target list of employers (agreed with yourself) whom we will approach on your behalf.

Your CV will be prepared for you and we will provide you with market information, salary guides and interview technique coaching. When you are offered a new role, we will be there to assist you with the salary negotiation process at offer stage and counsel you on handing in your notice.
