• Management Accountant

  Location: Luton (2 days WFH)

  Salary – £45,000 – £55,000 + Bonus & Study Support

  Key responsibilities:

  • The preparation of full monthly management accounts, including posting of journals & balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Resolve payment issues.
  • Handle VAT, cash flow, overhead, and group queries.
  • Assist in accounting tasks as needed
  • Work closely with the Senior FP&A and Financial Controller

  Key experience/qualifications:

  • Finalist/Qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
  • Strong commercial Acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong excel skills and confident handling large amounts of data
  • Experience working within a fast paced environment

  Management Accountant

• Are you an Employee Benefits professional looking for a new challenge? Then this could be the role for you. Working for a small and highly successful EB arm of a larger Financial Services firm you will be given the opportunity to work with a range of consultants on the servicing of their clients in regards to their EB arrangements covering Risk and Healthcare products.

  The main areas of the role will include:

  • Ensure timely delivery of employee benefits scheme processing
  • Provide administrative support for new and existing schemes
  • Manage annual renewal and market reviews for existing schemes
  • Ensure bespoke compliance documents are accurate and up to date
  • Complete follow-up actions from client pre-renewal meetings in line with instructions from Consultant, liaising with both client and insurer as required

  The right candidate will have good experience working with any Employee Benefits products – either Group Risk, PMI or Pensions. This is an excellent opportyuity for the right candidate to join a niche firm who can offer excellent career progression and training.
