  Accounts Assistant

• Alexander Lloyd are working with a well established Investment Platform based in the South West of England on brilliant Technical SIPP Consultant role (Self Invested Personal Pensions). This role will be hybrid working to their Dorset office, ideally 2 days per week in the office.

  You must have a background in SIP Pensions to be considered for this role.

  The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivery of products and services meeting legislative, contractual, and good industry practice standards
  • Supporting the various business functions with strong technical knowledge
  • Work with SMEs in support of Technical Compliance management and provide input from a technical perspective.
  • Manage daily Technical Compliance enquiries
  • Develop and maintain regulatory/legislative change management

• Reconciliation Supervisor | Permanent | Bournemouth | Up to £32,000 | Hybrid Working

  Alexander Lloyd are proud to be partnering with a leading Financial Services company in their search for a Reconciliation Supervisor to join the team on a permanent, full time basis.

  A broad role, your duties will include, but not be limited to;

  • Team management of the Reconciliation Team
  • Act as main point of contract for team members, resolving queries and technical issues
  • Monitoring & coaching of team members
  • Contributing to the recruitment of new team members
  • Contribute to development & implementations for process improvements with both internal & external stakeholders
  • Perform daily reconciliation activities

  You will;

  • Have demonstrable experience within a Finance/Accounts department with extensive experience in reconciliations
  • Oracle and/or SAP experience advantageous
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • AAT qualified with appropriate experience
