As an FP&A Analyst you will be very influential on many commercial and strategic business decisions. As well as take full responsibility for the budgeting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Group with financial analysis and provide financial data to support business decisions.
Portray financial performance of the group providing Profit & Loss analysis.
Assisting with the preparation of annual accounts and dealing with Audits.
Preparation of quarterly forecast and rolling budgets.
Productions of monthly management accounts for the group.
Act as a number two to the Head of Finance.
What is needed:

Joining a small team you will be the first point of contact for all ER issues, advice and guidance to the business. This is an extremely fast paced environment so you will need to come from a similar fast paced environment and used to dealing with high volume Employee Relations case work (around 30-40 live cases)
I am able to accept application from HR Generalists, however you must have proven ER case work experience and be able to work at a fast paced level with the ability to hit the ground running.
The organisation are open on sector background however you must have experience of dealing with a high number of live ER cases.

This person would be responsible for taking over a portfolio of circa 80-100 SME clients ranging from between 10-100 lives with some a little larger. There is the potential to almost double the revenue across this bank of clients through maximising any cross / upselling opportunities. There will also be some new business enquiries which you will follow up in a bid to establish new clients, growing your portfolio. This company aims to provide a holistic consulting approach with their clients covering Group Risk, Healthcare, Workplace Pensions, flexible benefits and their benefits platform. They have their own bespoke benefits platform which is designed for SME’s in mind. For this position, strong consulting experience across Group Risk and Healthcare products is essential, experience in flexible benefits, benefits platforms and workplace pensions is a good bonus and certainly welcome. The willingness to learn in these areas is also a plus for them as they would ideally like their Senior Consultants to be able to cover the full range of employee benefits in time.
This role would be a flexible hybrid working arrangement with their office based in South East England. For candidates who live nearby they can attend once per week however they can also consider candidates from further afield on a monthly basis.
