  A broad role, your duties will include, but not be limited to;

  • To prepare casual wages and provide cover for processing full time salaries, ensuring
  • that all staff are paid correctly and on time and process weekly payroll journals
  • To reconcile the DBS’s to the EPOS & cash reports, deal with queries, & import
  • To reconcile the credit cards, prepayment cards, paypal account, petty cash and bank

  • To oversee all aspects of cash payments, fund transfers, corrections, sales invoices, finance coding on SUMS and data input, answering queries and chasing payments when required.
