    The Role

    As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day administration of pension schemes, ensuring a high standard of accuracy, compliance and customer service.     Key responsibilities include:

    • Managing a range of pension administration activities across DB, DC and CARE schemes
    • Processing member events including retirements, transfers, deaths, joiners and leavers
    • Maintaining accurate member records and pension calculations
    • Reviewing and checking calculations and outputs completed by other team members
    • Assisting with annual and periodic scheme projects, including pension increases and renewals
    • Preparing administration reports and supporting client and trustee meetings
    • Identifying and escalating technical issues, risks and errors where appropriate
    • Supporting the continuous improvement of processes and service delivery

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

    • Proven UK pensions administration experience, Defined Benefits experience is essential
