In this key leadership position, you’ll partner with executive stakeholders to influence decision-making, champion cultural initiatives, and drive impactful change across a complex, multi-site environment in the engineering sector.
Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership on all matters related to people and organisational development
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing HR team focused on delivering value to the business
Drive talent planning, workforce capability building, and succession initiatives
Create a positive, engaging employee experience and foster a culture of inclusion
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to support employer brand goals
Resolve complex employee relations issues with a focus on risk management and policy compliance
Support business evolution through involvement in projects such as transformation, integration, or restructuring
Leverage HR data to provide insights and guide strategic decisions
Collaborate with other People leaders on cross-functional and group-wide initiatives
Proven experience in a senior-level HR leadership role, ideally across multiple business areas or regions
Commercially astute, with the ability to align people plans with operational and financial priorities
Confident managing organisational change and navigating complex ER cases
Strong leadership and coaching capability to guide a growing HR team
Background in a fast-paced, operationally diverse setting
