• The Head of Defined Contribution (DC) Proposition will be responsible for shaping and delivering a market-leading DC strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances our client offering.   At Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with a longstanding client that has recently gone through positive change throughout the business and are keen to continue that growth across their healthcare administration team.

  Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of healthcare schemes including Private Medical Insurance, Dental, Travel, Cash Plan and more, these will be largely experience rated schemes but may also include small age rated schemes.
  • Supporting the consultants, senior consultants and principals with team meetings via team or F2F.
  • Dealing with all client queries

  Essential Criteria:

  Role & Responsibilities:

  • BAU administration tasks
  • Dealing with complex queries across their complex schemes from members which can be related to Lump Sum and Annual Allowances
  • Provide support to the Operational Team Leader with any outstanding cases they need additional help with
