    Key Responsibilities

    Skills and Experience

    • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor within a complex, unionised environment.
    • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and best practice employee relations frameworks.
    • Demonstrable experience handling complex ER cases end-to-end.
    • Experience of working with trade unions, including consultation and negotiation.
    • Confident communicator with the ability to influence, challenge and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
    • Resilient, pragmatic and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, operational setting.

    You will develop and implement the ER strategy, provide direction and support to the ER team and the wider business, Oversee the more senior level complex cases, ensure the ER function delivers in a timely manner, oversee the team’s development and much more.

    This role will suit a very knowledgeable ER professional from a global complex matrix organisation. You will need to showcase previous experience of managing a large team and have the ability and skills to execute the ER strategy.
