As a Pensions Technical Consultant you will provide expert pensions technical support to the Technical Policy and Services team and wider areas of the business. You will play a key role in ensuring schemes are administered in line with their governing rules, relevant pensions legislation, and regulatory requirements.
You will develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of scheme rules and the wider UK pensions environment. This includes analysing how legislative or regulatory changes impact administration processes and members’ benefits, and contributing to the development and evolution of administrative policy and practice.
A core part of the role will involve sharing your knowledge and expertise with internal stakeholders, helping to ensure consistency, compliance, and technical accuracy across the organisation.
