Client Director
We are partnering with a leading employee benefits consultancy that delivers tailored insurance and benefits solutions to a diverse client base. They are seeking an experienced Client Director to join their Global Clients team, with a strong focus on relationship management and strategic growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
Manage and develop senior-level client relationships across a multinational portfolio
Act as the strategic lead for existing clients, strengthening long-term partnerships
Identify and deliver new business opportunities within existing accounts
Drive sustainable, year-on-year growth, including cross-border expansion where appropriate
Essential Criteria:
Proven experience in senior client relationship management
Demonstrated ability to grow and develop existing accounts, including internationally
Fluency in French or Spanish is essential due to the multinational nature of the role

This role (reporting directly into the HRD) will be responsible for leading the team of 13 Employee Relations specialists.
You will develop and implement the ER strategy, provide direction and support to the ER team and the wider business, Oversee the more senior level complex cases, ensure the ER function delivers in a timely manner, oversee the team’s development and much more.
This role will suit a very knowledgeable ER professional from a global complex matrix organisation. You will need to showcase previous experience of managing a large team and have the ability and skills to execute the ER strategy.
