    This is a newly created role and you will be supporting a new Global Credit & Collections function.

    You will be responsible for designing, delivering and ongoing optimisation of the B to C new customer approval process, minimising fraud and bad debt through in house collections and subsequent outsourced collection activity and sale.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Accountable for the delivery and ongoing optimisation of the local acquisition credit strategy and subsequent collection strategy.
    • Define and deliver the credit policy for each country.
    • Continually review and assess local scorecard performance (where applicable) to optimise to volume of customers we accept and minimise and subsequent bad debt and fraud.
    • Accountable for the selection and ongoing management with multiple debt collection agencies and the associated customer experience.
    • Responsible for the selection of a debt sale panel and thereafter the sale of debt once the collection cycle is exhausted, maximising the financial return.
    • Attend weekly commercial forum to update on performance with any associated remedial actions.
    • Report to senior stakeholders on the credit and collections performance.
