• Alexander Lloyd have an exciting new role for a Pension Implementation specialist to join an established Pension firm with a range of UK offices. Working within this well known firm who offer administration and consulting services to a range of Defined Benefit pension clients you will be responsible for the implementation of the 10-15 pension schemes the firm take on each year. This is a new role which provides the opportunity for the right candidate to come in and make the role their own, devising and planning new procedures around the implementation process and rolling it out across the business.

  The main areas of the role will include:

  Manage the implementation of all new business administration wins
  Manage the ongoing portfolio of implementations
  Set up an implementation project plan for each implementation
  Attend new business pitches to present the importance of a quality implementation process
  To be considered for this role you will have previous experience of managing implementations of pension schemes and a good knowledge of pensions administration systems is ideal. You will also be confident in speaking directly with Clients and a logical approach to problem solving.   Pension Implementation Manager

• Alexander Lloyd are now partnering a successful and growing Pension Consultancy recruiting for a Pension Administrator and Lead Administrator to join their team in Leeds, a perfect opportunity for someone with a strong DB administration background who’s looking to further their career.

  Both positions require you to have a strong understanding of DB schemes and full cradle to grave administration across the schemes. As the Pension administrator you would be responsible for a range of duties such as DB calculations, DB member enquiries, issues and mentoring team members, you would also be providing assistance with scheme project events such as valuations, annual benefit statements and data validation. The Lead administrator would take on slightly more of an overseeing role where they will delegate tasks within the team, prioritise and manage their own and others workloads to ensure SLA’s are met, check and train other colleagues and work closely with the Admin manager to deputise in the absence of the team leader. This person would also have to deal with and check more complex pension cases and manage scheme events.
