You will have the following skill set:

Strong Excel and Administration skills with an interest in HR/People & Payroll?
Alexander Lloyd are partnering with a well established organisation on a permanent hire to their team.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about all things people, who thrives of trouble shooting, resolving queries and working with spreadsheets and data, good excel skills are a must here (pivot tables/Vlookups)
You wil be responsible for managing the payroll and expenses data before sending to outsourced provider.
You will also collate and manipulate data and input this into the various people related reports and systems.
The successful candidate will have strong administration and communication skills and have the ability to keep motivated while managing a repetitive pay process. Experience within HR or data administration would be advantageous, however this is not essential and if you are passionate to get into this field, there will also be projects that you can support with to expand your exposure further.
You must be self-motivated with a can-do attitude
