This is a part time role, which is broken down to 15 hours a week across Q2, Q3 and Q4 – in Q1 they need flexibility as this is their busiest period, so would like someone to be as close to full time as possible, throughout that period.
Reporting directly into the CEO, this role will support around 30 employees with Generalist HR duties, Payroll and a mixture of operational and strategic. You will also be chair at SLT meetings, which will involve other HR Managers throughout the business and senior stakeholders. You won’t directly be managing these HR professionals but will be providing the vision and guiding the future strategy piece.
You will have/need:
Experience of working in a senior HR role, ideally in an SME / family feel business
Experience of working in a Manufacturing/FMCG environment is preferred but not essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good IT skills (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint)
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
CIPD Level 3 or 5 accredited
Their offices are in Surrey and London. This is a hybrid role.
The salary on offer is circa £80,000 FTE.

Key responsibilities
Implement and collate results from regular risk assessments to identify potential risks to the company

Qualification
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Risk Management and Compliance OR strong experience in pension administration and audits in pension firm
Experience of carrying out internal audits in line with a defined scope
Experience working with external certification standards, (ideally AAF 01/20 and ISO 27001)
