To be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have a background working in the UK Pensions industry and will be able to demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of rules and procedures relating to Defined Benefit schemes. You will need to have good communication and analysis skills – being able to present data reports and MI to a range of stakeholders will be a regular factor in these roles, alongside good attention to detail and administration abilities. IT skills such as a proficiency in MS Excel and Access is also important.
This position can either be based remotely or aligned to one of their offices should the candidate seek a hybrid working arrangement.

The main purpose of this role will be to lead and execute client implementation projects as well as to suggest improvements to Implementation data processes and Troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
