This role would sit within their Trustee Services Team and they would act as the Trustee’s representative being responsible for leading the delivery of the Trustee’s actuarial valuations and investment strategy to a portfolio of pension schemes. You would work simultaneously with in-house and external professionals, leading the consultation process with scheme sponsors to present valuation results and secure funding and investment strategies that improve member outcomes. Essentially looking for someone with a thorough and well-rounded DB background with strong presenting experience as they will ultimately be tasked with presenting and communicating funding and investment reports with sponsoring employers with the aim of enhancing member outcomes. They are a Not-for-profit organisation who work with many large charities and other not-for-profit companies, so you wouldn’t be held back by the billable hour’s model with the clients.

This person would be responsible for overseeing a team of administrators carrying out a wide variety of BAU Projects and scheme events. You would be a point of reference on technical issues and project related queries, coaching and mentoring colleagues within your team.
