Alexander Lloyd are looking for a seasoned Change Delivery Specialist to join an excelling Financial Services Organisation in the North East. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and effective delivery of system change through an agreed release management process. Your work will focus on maximising the benefits of change and ultimately helping to secure the Pensions members’ future.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the delivery of system change using a squad-based approach, from requirement finalisation through solution design, development, testing and post-implementation support.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to create and maintain detailed delivery plans across each stage of the release process.
- Monitor progress against plans and provide clear, regular updates to a wide range of stakeholder groups.
- Identify, document and manage risks, issues, actions, decisions and dependencies, escalating through appropriate governance forums where required.
- Provide in-depth analysis to remove delivery blockers, engaging effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
- Apply a range of delivery methodologies, continuously improving delivery practices and providing guidance to others to support successful outcomes.
- Contribute to all relevant project and release life-cycle artefacts.
- Undertake additional tasks as reasonably required to support the team and wider objectives.
