    This role has been created as part on a massive ongoing transformation project to implement Peoplesoft, manage the roll out and provide ongoing maintenance.

    This is hybrid role that sits between finance and I.T, therefore along with system implementation experience it is essential that you have knowledge around billing/ AP/ AR functions.

    You will provide analysis, setup and testing of programmes.

    Identify and make recommendations

    Collaboration with the I.T and Finance teams.

    Creation and maintenance of user documentation/ manuals etc.

    Salary £80,000-£95,000 plus disc. bonus plus benefits. Hybrid working.

    Understanding of AR/AP/ billing/ treasury modules is essential
    Previous system implementation experience
    Peoplesoft experience is definitely preferred

    This is a newly created role and you will key to setting up and delivering a new Global Credit & Collections function.

    You will be responsible for designing, delivering and ongoing optimisation of the B to C new customer approval process, minimising fraud and bad debt through in house collections and subsequent outsourced collection activity and sale.

    Key Responsibilities

    Accountable for the delivery and ongoing optimisation of the local acquisition credit strategy and subsequent collection strategy.

    Define and deliver the credit policy for each country.

    Continually review and assess local scorecard performance (where applicable) to optimise to volume of customers we accept and minimise and subsequent bad debt and fraud.

    Accountable for the selection and ongoing management with multiple debt collection agencies and the associated customer experience.

    Responsible for the selection of a debt sale panel and thereafter the sale of debt once the collection cycle is exhausted, maximising the financial return.
