By identifying opportunities for improvement and working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help shape a high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused experience.

  Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Analyse and optimise the end-to-end digital operating model, supporting the quote and apply journey via portal and platform.
  • Identify friction points in customer and partner journeys and collaborate on enhancements to improve experience and efficiency.
