This successful construction organisation is looking for a Learning & Development Manager to lead capability development for c2000 FTE. This is a hands-on role with real impact-designing and implementing training solutions that keep the workforce compliant, skilled, and ready for the future.
You’ll partner with senior leaders to diagnose capability gaps, create practical learning interventions, and manage an administrator to ensure smooth operational delivery. Advising SME clients on employee benefits, with a focus on Group Risk and/or Healthcare, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, oversee policies, and identify growth opportunities across the wider benefits offering.
You’ll be responsible for client retention, account development, and delivering against a new business target, with operational support from the SME Operations team.

This role combines team coordination with active involvement in day-to-day processing, making it ideal for someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily AP activities, allocating workload and maintaining performance against deadlines
- Act as escalation point for complex supplier and stakeholder queries
- Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing, reconciliations, and query resolution
- Manage supplier set-up and oversee payment runs (BACS, Direct Debit, international payments)
- Take ownership of AP month-end tasks including accruals, supplier reconciliations, and ledger integrity
- Provide reporting on aged creditors and drive process improvements

Experience supervising or coordinating an Accounts Payable function
Strong month-end exposure including accruals and balance sheet reconciliations

About the role:
As a Senior Pensions Project Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting and leading with the delivery of pension projects to a portfolio of Defined Benefit schemes.
The successful candidate will work closely with team members, trustees, insurance companies and other relevant third parties. In addition to this, the candidate will also attend internal and external meetings to provide support and guidance on scheme events.
