Role – HR Manager

Alexander Lloyd are supporting a key client in the professional services sector on the recruitment of a new HR Manager position.
This role will cover both the Bristol and Reading offices and will provide first class HR advice and guidance across the Tax, Audit and Advisory areas.
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for around 550 employees providing advice, guidance and dealing with first point of contact HR support. This role offers an excellent mix between operational and strategic elements of the role with great opportunities to get involved in exciting HR related projects.
You will need to be extremely experienced within Employee Relations and have excellent knowledge of UK employment law, with a confident and outgoing personality to be able to deliver training when required.
You will have / need:-
This organisation offers excellent hybrid working of 3 days office 2 from home. You will need to attend each office (Bristol/Reading) at least once per week and then the third day can be an office of your choosing. Expenses can be claimed for the other office.
The salary on offer is up to £60,000 + bonus
