The role reports directly to the HR Director and will provide HR Generalist support to a client group of around 60 employees in head office.
You will be the first line support for all advice and guidance relating to HR, and be very experienced within Employee Relations from start to finish, collaborating with leaders on HR strategies and leading on HR related projects.
This role requires a full HR generalist background as you help, support and guide on Learning and Development initiatives, Talent management, ER, HR Projects, HR Policies, Strategic Planning and more.
You will have / need:-
This organisation offers hybrid working of around 3 days office (Surrey) 2 remote.
The salary on offer is circa £50,000 per annum plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
