    Skills and Experience

    • Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders while building trusted, credible relationships.
    • Sound knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice HR frameworks.
    • Experience leading or developing HR teams and embedding high standards of service delivery.
    • Background in manufacturing or similar regulated sectors would be advantageous.
    • CIPD level 7 qualification or equivalent professional HR accreditation is desirable.
