In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the team adheres to internal procedures, complies with all relevant pensions legislation and regulations, and consistently delivers a high-quality service.   Key Responsibilities

  -Lead, motivate, and develop a team of pension administrators.

  -Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of pensions.

  -Maintain high standards of service delivery and compliance.

  -Monitor and support the team’s performance, providing opportunities for learning and development.

  -Implement best practices and incorporate client feedback to continuously improve processes.

  About You

  -Strong background in the pensions industry, with extensive knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) administration.

  -Previous experience in people management is highly desirable, though not essential.

  -Skilled at coaching, mentoring, and supporting team development.

  -Comfortable working to tight deadlines and adjusting priorities quickly and effectively.

  -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

  -Passionate about delivering great service and fostering strong working relationships.

  Pensions Team Leader

• Role – HR Advisor

  Contract – Permanent

  Location – East Sussex / Hybrid

  Salary – Circa £40,000

  The role will report into the HRBP and will be first point of contact for HR related advice and guidance.

  The role will still be very hands-on, handling HR Administration, but will encourage further progression into HR Advisor duties. Therefore this role will suit an experienced HR Administrator looking to step up or a HR Advisor looking to progress.

  The role allows you to get involved in duties that you feel comfortable with and look for areas that you wish to progress in alongside completing the HR Administration requirements.

  You will have / need:-
