The primarily responsibility will be supporting line managers with the individual consultation exercise for a large number of employees, along with any other people issues / employee relations cases arising from the change programme.
Duties will include; supporting business leaders/managers with individual consultation meetings, planning and scheduling meetings in accordance with agreed timescales, preparing invite letters/emails, briefing/coaching line managers and providing legally sound advice and guidance to employees and line managers, taking ownership of collating questions and obtaining answers, act as a first point of contact for employees affected by the office move, and their line managers, providing continuity of support.
