Oversee the effectiveness of programmes within remit, including measuring impact.
Critically evaluate effectiveness and make changes to programmes where necessary.

Represent the People Development organisation internally and externally to promote programmes and to engage stakeholders.
Ideal candidates will have some learning & development experience coupled with exposure to design or delivery of leadership development programs. You will have a sound knowledge and understanding of current thinking in both Leadership and Professional/Personal Development.
