Accountant – M&A

Seeking Fully Qualified ACA/ ACCA ambitious Accountant looking to join a rapidly expanding and thriving fintech business based in London to support with newly acquired business integration and associated reporting.

This Acquisitions & Reporting Accountant will join at an exciting time for this organisation, you will lead pre-onboarding processes for new acquisitions and provide on-going support post acquisition.

Working with M&A, Tax, and wider finance teams to co-ordinate data and ensure smooth onboarding of new acquisitions.

Strong business partnering skills are required to liaise with to work with local accounting teams and internal departments.

Work under IFRS, US GAAP and UK reporting requirements.

Salary up to £60,000 plus disc. bonus, private healthcare and more…. 3 days office.

The Person

• Qualified Accountant ACA/ ACCA
• Strong Excel skills
• IFRS & US GAAP knowledge would be a distinct advantage
• Effective communication skills
• Desire to be pro-active and work in a changing environment
