Alexander Lloyd are proud to be partnering with a Crawley based company in their search for an Accounts Assistant to join the team on a permanent, full time basis.

A broad role, your duties will include, but not be limited to;

  • Printing, Stamping and Coding of supplier invoices
  • Entering Invoices onto the system
  • Approving supplier invoices
  • Produce/maintain backing sheets for invoicing purposes
  • Complete monthly invoicing for all sectors of the business
  • Review supplier statements and chase invoices when necessary
  • Monitor Accounts inbox and deal with any queries that come in via email
  • Oversee weekly/monthly payment runs ensuring all payments are made to agreed timescales
  • Monitor supplier account credit limits
  • Credit Control support

Ideally, you will;

  • Possess experience in a similar role (2 years desirable)
  • Excellent numeracy, written and computer skills including Excel and Word
  • Methodical, excellent attention to details and ability to show initiative
  • A positive can do attitude
  • Live within a reasonable commute to the offices

Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience
