Are you a motivated individual with a talent for turning complex literature and documents into clear, engaging reports? We’re looking for a motivated graduate to join an Independently owned Pensions Consultancy free from the politics and bureaucracy of large corporate organisations, where you’ll develop your analytical and communication skills while learning about the Pensions industry.

About the role
You’ll support a variety of client projects, combining research and report writing with hands-on involvement in the governance and management of workplace Pension schemes. This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced consultants and to build specialist knowledge in an area that affects millions of people.

What you’ll be doing

  • Researching Pensions-related topics and distilling findings into accurate, well-structured written reports.

  • Drafting meeting minutes, trustee board papers, and recommendation notes for client decision-making.

  • Supporting the preparation of trustee meeting packs, agendas, and governance documentation.

  • Monitoring scheme actions, maintaining policy records, and assisting with statutory reporting.

  • Coordinating supplier and service provider reviews, including gathering and analysing information.

What we’re looking for

  • Exceptional written communication skills, with strong grammar, clarity, and attention to detail.

  • Degree educated, ideally in a humanities, geography, or social sciences discipline.

  • Ability to analyse and reframe complex ideas for different audiences.

  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Interest in developing expertise in Pensions governance and administration.

What we offer

  • Structured learning and professional development, including support towards relevant industry qualifications.

  • A collaborative environment where your contributions are valued and your skills will grow.

  • The opportunity to work on meaningful projects that combine research, writing, and client interaction.

If you have a passion for clear communication, an analytical mindset, and an interest in building specialist knowledge in pensions, we’d love to hear from you.
