Alexander Lloyd are partnered with a well-structured Pensions organisation that are looking for a Pensions Business Analyst to join on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, based Hybrid from their London office once a week.

About You
You are an experienced (Pensions) Business Analyst with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence. You have a proven ability to analyse complex business processes, engage stakeholders at all levels and deliver meaningful change through well-designed solutions.
You will have experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, documenting current and future-state processes, and translating business needs into practical improvements that deliver measurable outcomes.
