Are you a confident, driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and opening doors to new business?

• Proactively contacting prospective clients through telephone, email, and digital channels.
• Qualifying opportunities and arranging meetings for consultants.
• Managing and nurturing a pipeline of leads and business opportunities.
• Following up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries.
• Maintaining and updating CRM records to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Conducting research to identify new prospects and market opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders including sales and marketing teams.
• Supporting business growth initiatives and contributing to team targets.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience within a B2B telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, SDR or business development role.
• A proven ability to generate appointments and new business opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience managing pipelines and working towards targets.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, resilient and positive approach.
• Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

This role is fully remote.
