Category Manager – Indirects

Alexander Lloyd are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Category Manager – Indirects to join a busy procurement function and lead sourcing activity across a broad Business Services portfolio.

This role will focus on delivering end-to-end procurement projects across areas including Facilities Management, Customer Services and outsourced services, working closely with stakeholders to develop category strategies and deliver commercial value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver category strategies.
• Lead complex sourcing and tender exercises.
• Manage supplier engagement, evaluations and negotiations.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Deliver savings, value and commercial improvements.

About You

• Experienced Category Manager with strong end-to-end sourcing expertise.
• Background in outsourced services procurement.
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to lead complex procurement projects independently.
