Consultant – Global Mobility

We are currently working with an established consultancy to support their search for a Consultant to join their employee benefits division in their global mobility team. This role delivers client service across the Expat, International, and Cross-Border Benefits team. It involves leading large, complex SME international benefits accounts and partnering with the sales team to onboard new clients and prospects.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead a portfolio of large, complex SME clients, delivering high-quality international benefits solutions
• Collaborate with global partners, internal teams, and insurers to deliver the best outcomes
• Support new business activity, including RFPs and project scoping
• Manage renewals, client queries, membership changes, and invoicing

Essential Criteria:

• Must have strong international benefits consulting experience, ideally 4 years of experience
• A strong client-first mindset, with a natural ability to build and maintain positive, lasting relationships with both colleagues and external partners
