We’re looking for an experienced Consulting Team Lead to join a well-established employee benefits team. This is a leadership role where you’ll guide, develop and inspire a high‑performing consulting team while managing your own portfolio of major clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of consultants, ensuring high performance and effective resource allocation.

• Manage multi line major clients as a technical adviser, ensuring retention and exceptional service.

• Provide guidance to junior team members and oversee client deliverables.

• Build strong relationships with carriers and providers to support internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop strategies for complex client situations and communicate challenging messages when needed.

• Drive revenue growth through sustainable cross‑selling channels.

• Support proposition development and stay informed on market trends.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience leading consultants or analysts, including performance management.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop others.

• Deep knowledge of risk and healthcare markets.

This role is hybrid, 3 days per week in their London office.
