About the company:

Alexander Lloyd is working with a growing Consultancy that is continuing to invest heavily in its Employee Benefits and Defined Contributions (DC) offering. Due to sustained growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced DC Consultant to join their respected and established team.

Our client operates a flexible hybrid working arrangement of 2 – 3 days per week in the London office.

About the opportunity:

Whilst this role is primarily to deliver consulting and support services to DC clients, there would also be an opportunity to be involved in business development, modelling and research and internal function to suit candidate’s strengths and interests.

Key responsibilities:

This role sits within a dedicated DC Specialism delivering full-service DC consulting to corporate sponsors, Trustees and Master Trusts.

• Conducting pension provider reviews, evaluating tender submissions, and producing high quality reports and summaries.
• Assisting with development of client benefit strategies, including technology solutions, benefit reviews and market bench-marking.
• Preparing regular reporting for trustees and governance committees.
• Delegate and review work from junior members of the team, ensuring quality and technical accuracy.
• Manage small projects from scoping through to delivery and invoicing.
• Attend client meetings, presenting guidance / advice confidently.

Skills and experience required:

• Strong DC Consulting experience, ideally from within another Pensions TPA.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A proactive, commercial mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
• A desire to support and develop junior colleagues.
