Demand Planner

Alexander Lloyd are partnering with a global brand based in Sussex to hire an experienced Demand Planner on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business undergoing significant growth and transformation, where you’ll play a key role in strengthening forecasting accuracy across multiple product categories.

Responsibilities:

• Own demand forecasts for assigned markets/customers.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain to align planning assumptions.
• Present forecasts and risks within the S&OP cycle.
• Analyse market trends, promotions, and historic data to refine forecast accuracy.
• Track performance of new product launches and adjust plans based on market feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes.

Experience required:

• 3-5 years’ demand planning or supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Excellent communicator with cross‑functional alignment experience.
• Detail‑focused, proactive, and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
