Employee Benefits Account Manager

Alexander Lloyd has an exciting opportunity for a Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a well-established firm offering a range of services and offerings to a portfolio of long-standing clients.

The main purpose of the role will be the relationship, administration, and development of a number of designated key accounts with a product focus on Private Medical Insurance. The Account Manager will also be responsible for researching the options available to the client and present these in a clear, concise and timely manner, with the aims of giving the client the best possible service and retaining their business with a view to advising on other products which may compliment the client’s employee benefit offering, such as Group Income Protection, Group Life, Business Travel, International Private Medical Insurance and Group Dental Insurance

The right candidate will have experience of working ideally within a similar role or with a good understanding of the products mentioned. You will also have a degree of commercial awareness and understanding of a client’s business needs and be willing to gain an understanding of a client’s business operation and requirements.
