Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are partnered with a consultancy that is continuing their growth throughout 2025 for an Employee Benefits Consultant.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of SME clients across Group Risk & Healthcare
• Dealing with client renewals and their queries
• Identifying potential opportunities for new business

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum of 3/4 years experience in Employee Benefits Consulting
• Proven experience in managing and retaining a book of clients
