We are currently partnered with a leading employee benefits consultancy who are looking for an Employee Benefits Consultant to join their Small Business Solutions (SBS) division, advising small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients on the design and delivery of their employee benefits programmes.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage an existing portfolio of clients in relation to private medical insurance and/or group risk
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell for the full range of services throughout the business
• Proactively build & maintain client relationships

Essential Criteria:

• Must have extensive experience with advising clients on their PMI and/or Group Risk benefits
• You build strong, respectful relationships with internal teams, clients, and providers

This position can be fully remote or hybrid to their Northern office.
